The problem
- E-bidding windows open at a precise moment, and a manual submission loses seconds that matter.
- Re-typing a prepared bid under time pressure invites mistakes.
The approach
Move the preparation out of the critical moment. The vendor prepares the bid calmly; the extension watches the window and saves it the instant it opens, with the vendor still in control of the final confirmation.
